3. Payment Terms

All service packages must be paid in full before commencement.
Kwilah Ltd reserves the right to revise pricing and service inclusions with prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All logos, profiles, and branded materials created by Kwilah Ltd remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. Kwilah Ltd retains the right to showcase work for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kwilah Ltd is not liable for delays or failures caused by external agencies (e.g., IPA, IRC) or unforeseen circumstances. We commit to best-effort service delivery within reasonable timelines.

6. Termination

Kwilah Ltd reserves the right to terminate services if a client breaches these terms or engages in unlawful activity. Refunds may be issued at our discretion based on service progress.

7. Amendments

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
